Αγαπητοί συνοδηπόροι — Dear fellow travelers
Of everything he taught, one sentence carries the rest. I did not hedge it.
The center of the whole teaching rests on the utterance, inwardly and outwardly, of the Inner Prayer.
Lord Jesus Christ, have mercy on me.
In every conversation we had, he came back to it.
He held that its purifying action is the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end of every act a Christian makes toward what is prayed for.
Not one practice among several. The beginning and the end.
Good journey, Fellow Traveler
