I do not end this as a man who arrived.

What I am still trying to understand is how I can come closer and closer to the main goal of this teaching. I do not believe I have figured everything out. On the contrary, I feel I am constantly searching, constantly moving forward, constantly trying to go deeper.

Every time I follow these practices, every time I pray or work inwardly, something new appears. My consciousness seems to expand each time, in every moment.

This teaching seems to guide you by itself. It feels like an external power that feeds you, fills you, and grows you inwardly. Within the same teaching, new things are revealed again and again. That is what I am still trying to understand more deeply.

I am a physician in my later years who spent twenty years keeping notes I was not allowed to show anyone. This is where I have got to. I offer it as that, and not as more.
